just accidentally made Caesar-ish dressing. By following an entirely different recipe for an asparagus glaze. No eggs, no anchovies (both of which I like in Caesar dressing), and yet, it tastes better than 99% of the Caesar dressings I've made. 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tblspns lemon juice, 1 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tsps kosher salt, 2 tsps ground pepper. Whisk.
