Not bad at all. Needs more salt than they say, but otherwise a hit. Makes a LOT, it's a party dish, I think. Also, I used pigeon peas instead of black-eyed peas, which I couldn't find -- seems to have worked out just fine.

These are cooking right now, and are really quite good, if a bit of work. The meatball-making technique is brilliant, though -- going to use that again. My own tzatziki sauce recipe -- well, Alton Brown's -- is here in the community somewhere, in the Steelhead Trout recipe.
